We ship across India. Every candle is packed by hand with care so it reaches you safely.

• Free shipping on orders of ₹799 and above.
• ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹799.
• Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Festival and bulk orders are made to order and have their own timelines, which we confirm when you enquire.

Returns & exchanges

Because candles are a personal-care product, we are unable to accept returns on candles that have been lit or used.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at aryalipika2011@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
