Questions & candle care

How do I get the best first burn?

Let your candle burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the tin or glass, usually 2 to 3 hours the first time. This sets a 'memory' so it melts evenly and does not tunnel on later burns.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to about 5mm before every burn, keep the flame away from drafts, and burn on a heat-safe surface. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended.

What are Lantern candles made of?

100% soy wax, a cotton wick and fine fragrance oils from France that are IFRA-compliant. No paraffin.

What sizes do you offer?

Our Rituals candles come in one size: a reusable 125g tin at ₹499. The Aesthetic café candles are poured in glass at ₹599.

Can I reuse the tin or glass?

Yes, they are made to be kept. Once the candle is finished, pour a little hot water in to lift out any leftover wax, wipe it clean, and use it for pens, plants, jewellery or cotton buds.

Do you make custom or festival candles?

Yes. Festive, wedding and corporate candles are made to order. Tell us what you have in mind on our festival enquiry page.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

Please see our shipping and returns page for delivery areas and timelines.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Because candles are a personal-care product, we cannot accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right. Details are on our shipping and returns page.
